I began my musical journey with trumpet lessons at the age of seven under the tutelage of Ignasi Climent at the Conservatory of Astorga, my hometown. In 2004, I earned my professional degree in classical music. Since then, my musical repertoire has expanded to include light music, folk, and jazz, as I have thrived as a stage musician.
In the meantime, I have been giving trumpet lessons as a volunteer in an organization called Ward de Beer from 2012, and since 2023 also in Jazz Pop-studio for brass instruments and jazz combo. Between 2021 and 2024 I have been writing a book, Trumpet Studies, to further develop my technical and pedagogic skills as a trumpeter, and I use it as the basic method for my music lessons. You can purchase this book on Amazon (kindle) or directly through this website.
I have extensive experience both playing and teaching trumpet. I know what a student must do to progress in the beautiful yet difficult art of playing this instrument, and I transmit it to my students with passion and commitment. If you are interested, you can contact me also for private lessons or a session about how to approach my book.
